Monday- All About .....Tessa

This is my beautiful baby sister who on Friday turns 18!

I can’t believe it.

I remember the day my mum told me she was pregnant. I was so excited.

Mum had a tricky pregnancy with Tessa but in true Tessa style she was strong and knew exactly what she was doing and was absolutely fine. Oh they also told mum she was having a boy.

I remember the day she was born. It was just after 4pm on 5th of November.
We had walked in the door from school put away our bag and sat down to watch Captain Planet. The phone rang it was Paddy to say “It’s a girl”.

The second i saw her i feel in love. She still is the most beautiful newborn I have seen. She wasn’t all red and spotty looking, or all scrunchy face. She was peaceful and beautiful, she had smooth even skin and just perfect.

Fast forward to toddler years.... “OH LORD”!!!! The girls in our family (including me) have all been hard work as toddlers the worst thing is we all scream. I think it’s just frustration on not being able to do things. We used to walk Tessa around and around the hallway to settle her.

From 3 to about 5 Tessa acted as if she was a dog she loved it!! So cute.

I remember her first day of school. She screamed so bad the teacher said to take her home. She was very shy and quiet though out primary school.

High School has seen Tessa blossom into a really girly girl, who is loud and bubbly.

I can’t even put into words how much I love my sister. I feel so blessed and lucky everyday at the amazing gift of sisterhood. I get tears just thinking about it. It is pure love. I love her for no other reason then she is Tessa. And she is someone my heart couldn’t be without.

Some random things about Tessa

                                                            Told you....Snapper Face

What a way to start the week

WE GOT A PLACE  :)

It was our second favourite :)

I went into work to fax off two applications (one was our place) when i arrived at work they then asked me to work till 2pm pretty stressful as i needed to send everything in this morning. I walk in the door at 2:23 and at 2:34 we were offered the place.

Its only one bedroom but in a way that's good because we don't want to fall back into... "Oh Sydney will be alright" coz its just not us :)

Its a perfect temp home.

Onto to more packing :)

Thanks for the good vibes xox
